1. The product

Polished sells personal-care tools intended for cosmetic use only. Our products are not devices for treating any condition, and we make no claims about specific results. Use is at your discretion and at your own risk.

2. Ordering and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We accept payments through PayPal and other methods displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method is yours and you are authorized to use it.

3. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we ship the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors or stock issues), in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping and risk of loss

All site content — text, photos, logo, name — is owned by Polished or licensed to us. You may not copy or use it without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
