Polished currently ships within the United States only. Current delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.

Where we ship

Polished currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Delivery timing

Current delivery options and timing are shown at checkout. After your order ships, the carrier tracking page will show the latest delivery estimate.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders over $25. Orders under $25 ship at a flat rate of $4.99.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link is emailed after your order ships.

If your package is delayed

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package shows "delivered" but has not arrived, email hello@polishedstudio.net with your order number and we will help investigate.

If your address was wrong

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will try to update it before dispatch. Once a package has shipped, rerouting may not be possible, but we will do our best to help.
