Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

Polished currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

How fast

Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day). Standard transit is 2 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days of checkout.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders over $25. Orders under $25 ship at a flat rate of $4.99.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order leaves the warehouse. You'll get one shipping confirmation email and one delivery confirmation email — no spam.

If your package is delayed

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, or your package shows "delivered" but hasn't arrived, email hello@polishedstudio.net with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. In most cases, we can either locate the package or ship a replacement the same day.

If your address was wrong

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, email us within 1 hour and we'll try to update it before dispatch. Once a package has shipped, we can't reroute it — but we'll do our best to help.
